Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Pack It Up
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.
